Please see our Event Partnership Kit which outlines the many benefits of listing your event with AUTRA. Your listing not only helps to promote your event but your support also helps to grow our amazing sport.

With anticipated numbers include numbers of sub-ultra co-occurring events. AUTRA will advise you by email whether your event has been included on the insurance policy and will provide a certificate of currency and an invoice to be paid prior to your event.

Races in Australia must be listed by AUTRA and have an IAU label to be eligible for Australian records. Races internationally must be listed by their Federation and must also have an IAU label. If your event has participants that wish to attempt, or may achieve an ultra record, your event must hold an IAU label. To acquire a label the course must be officially measured to these standards:
Road Race: Road courses must be measured and certified by an accredited Grade A or B AIMS measurer using the calibrated bicycle method. The certificate should be made available to AUTRA together with a map drawn up by the course measurer. This certificate is valid for 5 years.
Track races: Tracks must have a Class 1/2 athletics facility certificate issued by World Athletics (WA) in accordance with WA Rule 140 and be included in the WA Certified Athletics Facilities list. Once we have received the official and current measurement certificates we can apply for an IAU label on your behalf. In addition, you must agree to follow IAU rules in regards to crew assistance, pacing and have a referee in attendance to oversee runners.

(and COVID safety plan if required). Risk management documentation is mandatory to be provided with the event listing application, this documentation must reference climate, weather, bushfire, traffic, first aid and medical emergency considerations.
If not available at application, this MUST be forwarded to AUTRA two weeks before the event date.
If providing your own insurance and you are not uploading the certificate now you agree to forward the Insurance Certificate a minimum of two weeks before the event date?
