The Springsure Mountain Challenge is a COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER trail run event
through the scenic Minerva Hills National Park
335km west of Rockhampton in Qld’s Central Highlands
& only 172km north of spectacular Carnarvon Gorge.
Held annually on the 2nd weekend in May, MOTHER’S DAY!
2025 is our 12th year running of the event.
SMC is a family friendly community event that promote positive health & wellbeing through movement & active lifestyle.
We encourage participation of all fitness levels, & goal setting, as participants strive to complete their goal, on course at their own pace.
We focus on fundraising, giving back to the community & those organizations that provide lifesaving service to our rural areas
+ providing funds for health program initiatives within the community.
