The Red Dirt Backyard Ultra (RDBU) is WA’s remotest backyard ultra with a vibe that is unforgettable. The event sees entrants take on a 6.71km course, combining gravel, hard sand and the infamous red dirt, on the hour, every hour, until there is only one participant left, known as the Last One Standing (LOS). The RDBU has strong local support and is a great event for having a go, or striving to see how far you can go, in an electric atmosphere of camaraderie, encouragement and community spirit.
